Prawn Fried Rice

Really quick to prepare and ready in less than 30 minutes, you can whip up this flavourful recipe made with Homemakerz Teriyaki Sauce for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

1. Rice (1 cup)

2. Spring Onion (1/2 cup)

3. Carrot (1/2 cup)

4. Green Beans (1/2 cup)

5. Homemakerz Teriyaki Sauce (1/4 cup)

6. Medium Prawns (250 grams)

7. Salt to taste

8. Oil (2 tablespoons)

9. Sesame Seeds (1 teaspoon)

Method

Step 1. Wash the rice, soak it for 30 minutes and boil it, al dente.

Step 2. In a wok, heat oil and toss all the vegetables and prawns in it.

Step 3. Add Homemakerz Teriyaki Sauce and salt.

Step 4. Add the boiled rice and toss on high flame.

Step 5. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion greens. Serve hot.
