Sticky Sweet Potato Shots

A snack made delicious by using Homemakerz Sticky Sweet Sauce, a definite need for your evening parties!

1. Potatoes (500 Grams)

2. Salt to taste

3. Corn flour (1 Cup)

4. Homemakerz Sticky Sweet Sauce (3/4 Tablespoons)

5. Spring Onions (½ Cup finely chopped)

6. Bell Pepper (½ Cup cut in cubes - optional)

7. Oil (1 Tablespoon)

8. Sesame Seed (1 Teaspoon for garnishing, optional )

Step 1. Peel and boil the potatoes with salt.

Step 2. Mash the potatoes while hot mix the corn flour and make a dough.

Step 3. Make small balls and add to boiling water for a few minutes.

Step 4. Drain and keep aside.

Step 5. In a pan add oil, add the spring onions and bell pepper and toss on high heat.

Step 6. Add Homemakerz Sticky Sweet Sauce and mix well.

Step 7. Add potato shots and toss on high heat.

Step 8. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
