Chapli Kebabs are widely popular in Pakistan, it's meat mixed with spices & we have made it simple and given a Homemakerz twist by adding our popular Green Chili Sauce. The patty must have a charred exterior for an authentic look and flavour. Relish them hot with a burger bun or pita bread!
1. Chicken Keema (500 grams)
2. Homemakerz Green Chili Sauce (1 tablespoon)
3. Onion (1 medium size)
4. Onion Slices to garnish
5. Egg (1)
6. Besan (1/4th cup)
7. Butter (2 tablespoons)
8. Cream (4 tablespoons)
9. Fresh Coriander (1/4th cup)
10. Salt to taste
11. Oil (3-4 tablespoons)
12. Lime Juice to garnish
Step 1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend nicely.
Step 2. Oil your hands nicely take a hand full of chicken and roll it into thin rounds.
Step 3. Fry until light golden brown. The kebabs should have a nice charred look for authenticity.
Step 4. Garnish the kebab with onion slices.
Step 5. Squeeze lime juice over it and serve hot with Homemakerz Thai Chili Garlic Sauce.
