Grilled Fish in Lime Sauce

A healthy & effortless fish recipe made perfect with Homemakerz Jalapeno Lime Salt!
1. Fish Fillet (2 of your choice, our preference is Indian Salmon)
2. Homemakerz Jalapeno Lime Salt (1/2 a bottle)
3. Flour (4 teaspoons)
4. Butter (2 tablespoons)
5. Parsley ( a few sprigs)
6. Juice of one Lemon
7. Assorted Vegetables of your choice (to go on the side)
Step 1 - Wash the fish fillets & pat dry them properly.
Step 2 - Marinate the fish in Homemakerz Jalapeno Lime Salt for 30 minutes.
Step 3 - Coat the fillets in flour. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet & grill the fish to perfection on both sides. It should be golden & crispy on the sides. Place the fillets in a plate.
Step 4 - In the same skillet, heat the remaining butter. Once melted, add lime juice & parsley. Let it thicken. Now pour the sauce on top of the fish fillets.
Step 5 - Saute some vegetables in the same pan, our preference is broccoli, zucchini, bell peppers. Sprinkle some salt & pepper. Serve hot with grilled fish & a slice of lime.
