Hungarian Roast Chicken

Succulent. Juicy. Tender. And all the adjectives you can think of to describe a Hungarian Roast Chicken made perfect with Homemakerz Grill & Italian Salt.

1. Chicken (1 Whole)

2. Hungarian Paprika/ Regular Paprika (1 1/2 teaspoons)

3. Homemakerz Italian Salt (1 teaspoon)

4. Homemakerz Grill Salt (3 teaspoons)

5. Pepper (a dash)

6. Lemon Juice (of one full lemon)

7. Olive Oil (to drizzle)

8. Salt to taste


Step 1. Take one whole chicken with or without skin. Wash & clean it properly. Make slits on the legs & breast of the chicken.

Step 2. Prepare the marinade with Hungarian or regular paprika, Homemakerz Italian & Grill Salts, dash of pepper, lime juice of one full lemon, olive oil & a bit of salt.

Step 3. Marinate the chicken in this marinade for 2-4 hours. Make sure that you rub the marinade well on all sides of the chicken.

Step 4. Now brush the chicken with olive oil & roast it in a pre-heated oven at 250 degrees for 30-40 minutes on each side.

Step 5. Serve hot with baby potatoes, carrots and beans sautéed with thyme, salt & pepper.
