A classic Middle Eastern dish made perfect & flavourful with Homemakerz Za'atar Salt!
Onion (1 chopped)
Garlic Cloves (4-5 chopped)
Green Capsicum (2 chopped)
Tomatoes (5 chopped)
Fresh Coriander (1small bunch chopped)
Homemakerz Za'atar Salt (4 teaspoons)
Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
Step 1 - Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan on medium heat. Add the chopped onions and capsicum, cook for 5 minutes or until onions turn translucent.
Step 2 - Add chopped garlic & Homemakerz Za'atar Salt, cook for another minute.
Step 3 - Now add the tomatoes, cook until they breakdown & become saucy. Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes. Add salt, if needed.
Step 4 - Make 5 wells in the sauce with a large spoon & crack the eggs in each of these wells.
Step 5 - Cover the pan & cook for 7-8 minutes or until eggs are done to your liking.
Step 6 - Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
