Ingredients


1. Fish Fillet (500gms boneless)

3. Jalapenos (2)

4. Salt to taste

5. Oil (2 tablespoons)


Method


Step 1. Slice the Jalapenos (remove the seeds, if you wish to).

Step 2. Soak the Jalapenos in Homemakerz Teriyaki Sauce for 60 mins.

Step 3. Add the fish to the above marinade and let it soak for 2-3 hours.

Step 4. Grill the fish on a flat pan for 2 minutes on either side, till tender & flaky.

Step 5. Serve with rice noodles
