1.Homemakerz Millet Noodles (One Packet of your choice)
2.Cooking Oil (2 Tablespoons)
3.Chopped Garlic (2 Tablespoons)
4.Chopped Ginger (2 Tablespoons)
5.Chopped Green Chillies (2 Tablespoons)
6.Green Spring Onion (1/2 Cup)
7.Shredded Cabbage (1/2 Cup)
8.Shredded or Long Cut Carrot (1/2 Cup)
9.Chopped French Beans (1/2 Cup)
10.Bell Peppers (1/2 Cup)
11.Diced Boneless Chicken (200 Grams)
12.Homemakerz Red Chili Sauce (2 Tablespoons)
Method
Step 1.Boil Homemakerz Millet Noodles of your choice, follow the instructions given on the back of the packet or follow the video.
Step 2.Heat oil in a wok, saute garlic, ginger and green chillies, till nice and crisp.
Step 3.Add spring onion, saute, add salt.
Step 4.Add all the vegetables, one by one and saute well.
Step 5.Add diced chicken, saute and let it cook till done.
Step 6.Add Homemakerz Red Chili Sauce.
Step 7.Add Homemakerz Millet Noodles and toss them well.
Step 8.Serve hot, garnished with spring onion greens.
