Millet Noodle Pakoda

Crunchy, savoury and full of flavours, Homemakerz Millet Noodle pakoda is a snack that is a must try!


1.Homemakerz Millet Noodles (1 Packet, boiled ( follow the instructions at the back of the packet or the video)

2. Besan (3 Tablespoons)

3. Chopped Ginger & Garlic (2 Teaspoons)

4. Chopped Green Chillies (2 Teaspoons)

5. Diced Assorted Vegetables (carrots, beans, cabbage etc) (3/4 Cup)

6. Salt to taste

7. Black Pepper Powder (A Pinch)

8. Fresh Green Coriander (1 Cup)

9. Water to make the pakoda batter

10. Cooking Oil (for Deep Frying)


Step1. Boil Homemakerz Millet Noodles of your choice, as shown in the video or stated at the back of the packet.

Step 2. In a mixing bowl, take 1/2 cup noodles, add besan and all the other ingredients except oil. Bring it to the required consistency, as shown in the video.

Step 3. Heat oil in a wok, drop the pakoda balls in the oil and let them become nice and crisp on both sides.

Step 4. Serve hot with any sauce or chutney of your choice.
