Roasted pumpkin and garlic blend into a silky, naturally creamy sauce with subtle warmth. This fusilli recipe delivers comfort and nutrition in every bite—without using cream or cheese.

Ingredients
Homemakerz Fusilli Pasta (One packet of your choice)
Pumpkin (1½ cups, cubed)
Garlic (8 cloves)
Olive Oil (2 tablespoon)
Nutmeg (a pinch)
Salt & White Pepper to taste
Pumpkin Seeds (1 tablespoon, toasted)
Method:
Step 1. Roast pumpkin and garlic with olive oil till soft.
Step 2. Blend into a smooth paste with a little warm water.
Step 3. Cook fusilli till al dente.
Step 4. Warm pumpkin sauce, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Step 5. Toss pasta with sauce and pasta water till creamy.
Step 6. Garnish with toasted pumpkin seeds.
