In this yummy preparation, succulent paneer is marinated in Homemakerz Black Pepper Sauce & grilled to perfection.
1. Paneer/Tofu (500 grams)
2. Homemakerz Black Pepper Sauce (2 tablespoons)
Step 1 - Cut the paneer/tofu into steak size pieces, you will get around 2 big pieces or 4 small.
Step 2 - Mix Homemakerz Black Pepper Sauce with 3-4 tablespoons of warm water/vegetable stock to get the right consistency.
Step 4 - Marinate the paneer in the sauce for about 30-40 minutes.
Step 5 - Grill on a hot pan.
Step 6 - Serve hot with herbed garlic rice & sautéd vegetables.
