Nutty brown butter infused with sage coats fusilli and roasted vegetables beautifully. A cosy, gourmet-style pasta that feels indulgent yet simple.

Ingredients
Homemakerz Fusilli Pasta (one packet of your choice)
Mixed Vegetables (carrot, broccoli, beans 1½ cups)
Butter (2 tablespoons)
Fresh Sage (6–8 leaves)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
Step 1. Roast vegetables with olive oil till tender.
Step 2. Cook fusilli till al dente.
Step 3. Melt butter, add sage and garlic. Cook till nutty brown.
Step 4. Toss pasta with roasted vegetables and brown butter.
Step 5. Season and serve warm.
