1. Baby Potatoes (200 grams)
2. Kalonji (1teaspoon)
3. Homemakerz Red Chili Salt Salt (1 teaspoon or to taste)
4. Amchoor (1/4 teaspoon)
5. Turmeric (1teaspoon)
6. Kashmiri Red Chilli (1/2 teaspoon)
7. Mustard Oil (1 tablespoon)
Step 1. Heat the oil to smoke point and cool.
Step 2. Cut the potatoes into half. Please do not remove the skin.
Step 3. Once the oil is slightly cool, temper it with kalonji.
Step 4. Then add potatoes and stir fry on high heat till the colour changes. Slightly lower the heat & now add Homemakerz Red Chili Salt and rest of the dry masalas.
Step 5. Cook till potatoes turn golden brown and crispy.
Step 6. Serve hot as a Chaat, starter or main course with roti.
