Chilli Garlic Potatoes
Flavourful & easy chilli garlic potatoes made with Homemakerz Jalapeno Lime Salt can be enjoyed as an appetizer or side dish. Simply delicious!
1. Potatoes (250 grams)
2. Fresh Red Chillies (200 grams)
3. Homemakerz Jalapeño Lime Salt (1 tablespoon)
4. Garlic (8/10 cloves)
5. Sesame Seed Oil (2 tablespoons)
Step 1. Wash and cut the potatoes into cubes, do not peel the skin.
Step 2. Finely slice the garlic and the fresh red chilli ( deseed the chilli if you don’t like the spice, though the fresh red chilli is not very spicy).
Step 3. In a wok or a heavy bottom pan add oil and heat it a little only. The oil should not be smoking hot, now add the finely sliced garlic.
Step 4. Once it changes colour, add the potatoes and fry on high heat till they are crispy.
Step 5. Add the red chilli and Homemakerz Jalapeno Lime Salt and toss for a few minutes on high heat.
Step 6. Serve hot, as an appetizer or a side dish.
