Ingredients
1. Hari Mirchi (non-spicy- 200 grams)
2. Kalonji (1 teaspoon)
3. Homemakerz Curry Salt (1 teaspoon or to taste)
4. Mustard Oil
Method
Step 1. Heat the mustard oil, till its smoking hot and then allow it to cool
Step 2. Cut the mirchi into small pieces, can be cut length wise also
Step 3. Once the oil is slightly cool, add kalonji
Step 4. Then add mirchi and stir fry on high heat. The mirchi should have a crunch, so don’t over cook it
Step 5. Add Homemakerz Curry Salt to taste
Step 6. Serve hot with parantha or roti
