Millet Noodles with Stir Fry Vegetables

Street style veg hakka noodles made healthier with Homemakerz Millet Noodles & tastier by adding Homemakerz Red Chili Sauce. They are great on their own or serve them with a chilli paneer or veggies for an Indo-Chinese weeknight or weekend dinner.
1. Homemakerz Millet Noodles - Jowar/Bajra/Ragi/Oats/Multigrain (1 packet)
2. Oil (1 tablespoon)
3. Onion (1 thinly sliced)
4. Carrots (1-2)
5. Broccoli Florets (1 cup)
6. Green Peas (1 cup)
7. Red /Green/Yellow Bell Pepper (1 each)
8. Dark Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon)
9. Dry Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon)
10. Sesame Seed (1 teaspoon)
11. Brown Sugar (1 teaspoon)
12. Salt to taste
13. Homemakerz Red Chili Sauce (1 tablespoon)
Step 1 - Boil water with a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil. Add Homemakerz Millet Noodles to boiling water. Cook for 5 mins, strain & keep aside.
Step 2 - Heat oil in a wok, add all the vegetables and fry for 2 minutes till tender- crisp.
Step 3 - Add garlic powder, soya sauce, Homemakerz Red Chili Sauce, brown sugar, salt and toss well.
Step 4 - Add the noodles and toss for a few minutes. Add sesame seeds and serve hot.
