Give your Sindhi Arbi Tuk a new fusion taste with Homemakerz Grill Salt! Makes a great starter or snack.
1. Arbi (10-15 pieces)
2. Homemakerz Grill Salt (1 tablespoon)
3. Oil for deep frying
Step 1. Boil the Arbi until soft. Once boiled turn off flame, drain out the water and let it cool.
Step 2. Peel and cut the Arbi and marinate it with 1/2 tablespoon of Homemakerz Grill Salt. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Step 3. Heat oil in a wok and fry the Arbi until golden brown and crispy.
