Penne alla Vodka

This is the best penne vodka sauce recipe. It's creamy & bright. The secret is Homemakerz Tomato Basil Sauce & Homemakerz Italian Salt, and of course a dash of vodka. Enjoy!
1. Onion (1 medium)
2. Cloves of Garlic (7-8)
3. Red Chilli Flakes to taste
4. Homemakerz Italian Salt to taste
5. Homemakerz Tomato Basil Sauce (400 grams)
6. Heavy Cream (1 cup)
7. Pasta Water (1/2 cup)
8. Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup grated)
9. Sugar (2 tablespoons)
10. Vodka (4-5 tablespoons)
11. Penne Pasta (200 grams)
Step 1 - Chop and saute garlic, onion, and chilli flakes in oil/butter.
Step 2 - Add Homemakerz Tomato Basil Sauce, vodka, and sugar.
Step 3 - Simmer for 10 minutes or until alcohol smell has disappeared.
Step 4 - Mix in cream, pasta water, and parmesan cheese.
Step 4 - Season with Homemakerz Italian Salt.
Step 5 - Toss pasta in sauce.
Step 6 - Garnish with fresh basil, and parmesan.
